5. Returns and Refunds Policy

All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued unless the item is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description.
• If determined defective due to a manufacturing error or shipping damage, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
• Minor cosmetic issues, natural material variations, or mishandling by the customer do not qualify.
